It is easy to organise.
When the installation is nearing completion simply contact Heatstar, confirm the product details and book your visit. This should take place when the installation is complete and at the point of ‘switch-on’. The visit usually takes between 1 and 2 hours and covers a checklist of over 120 different items covering all parts of the Heatstar system.

The people who carry out these commissioning visits are fully trained and experienced Heatstar in-house service engineers. They will carry out a full inspection and verify that the system has been installed correctly and is running efficiently.

Added reassurance and peace of mind.
In order to achieve maximum operating and energy saving efficiency from day one it is,of course, vital that Heatstar systems are installed correctly. If the installation of the equipment, ductworks, wiring and pipe work has been carried according to the Heatstar design documents the system should perform as intended. However, to have the whole system checked and commissioned by Heatstar gives both contractor and client added reassurance and peace of mind. On completion Heatstar also provide a Commissioning Certificate to show a “true” diagnostic operating record of the new system.
